Did you realize that when replacement parts are ordered and arrive at our shop, they come is black? We paint them to match your vehicle. Every vehicle has a manufacturer paint code. We mix our PPG Waterborne paint with a computerized system that specifically instructs us what tints are necessary to secure your exact paint code. When we prep your vehicle and replacement parts for paint, we duplicate factory caulking and undercoats. All panels are carefully prepped, primed and sealed to ensure proper adhesion when the final coat of paint is applied. The Waterborne Paint System is the safest system to the environment and the paint technician. After the paint is applied, your vehicle is “baked” in our state of the art Accudraft Down Draft Paint Booth at 150 degrees to the refinishing specifications. This process secures durability and a factory finish. Our paint technicians are trained and certified and frequently attend classes to keep them up to date with the industry standards and guidelines.
